i have an issue with a company that they are trying to force me pay for a membership that i do not want to continue with and everytime i tried to cancel it they give me run around. i am suppose to pay 50 dollars a month and i have a yearly contract. i agreed to pay them for the cancellation of the contract and pay for what i owe them but they do not want to end and they keep playing with me. although the contract stated that if i wish to end it i shall pay for the cancellation which is 150 now my question is can they report me with taking me to court
For the creditor to report a debt to a credit report does it require a judgement?
ues they can report a default to a credit rating company
they need a judgement to take you to court to garnish wages
