I purchased a credit report from equifax for $ 7.95 and have not rec'd it since 4-6-06 my fact

As you can see from question I paid for a report and have not rec%26#039;d it and any effort to contact customer service has not been successful please help I am one of the Veterans that records were lost and now found but still i paid for something and have not rec%26#039;d it, please help me.

If this was done by computer, your credit report should have popped up as soon as your were done or even emailed to you. It won%26#039;t get mailed to you that way.

You don%26#039;t say what customer service told you?

Call them back and ask to speak to a supervisor. Have your # and your record from your bank that shows you paid for it.

Also, did you do this by computer? You usually get the results right away?
