Ok, I was having trouble with MC for YEARS! I finally paid them off in a settlement both sides agreed on about a month ago. I was told by a VISA rep of all people to ask them to remove their personal and derogatory comments made about me with the credit bureau.
I%26#039;ve called them to this effect and keep being told someone will return my call. I also have not received any paper work confirming that the account is settled.
What should I do?
