did you know that every time you check your score, it shows up as an inquiry

when you apply for a loan or anything else where they check your credit, that inquiry counts against you, and minimizes your chances of getting that loan

To get a free credit SCORE, get a Washington Mutual credit card, their website will show you your score for free whenever you want.

Your credit reports are free; I think you have to pay for your score, but the fee isn%26#039;t that high from my understanding. I think the reason you are asked for a credit card is because it is being done online and they don%26#039;t want to accidently disclose this information to somebody who is posing as you.
