How do you report someone to the credit reporting agencies?

You may not be able to begin reporting right away as some credit reporting bureaus require that you are a member for a sufficiant amount of time as they can not have just anyone paying a fee and begin reporting things.

However, you can use credit management services to do your reporting for you. One of them is the NACM. If you are interested email me and I will provide you with contact information. NACM provides many options for a small business. Credit reporting, credit reports, background checks, collection services, credit management services. There are free webinars, etc. Whatever you need.

Good Luck

You first need to inform the debtor that their debt is not paid. You have to give them 30 days to reply back via writing or call. Documentation is key. Secondly, if they disbute it you must send them proof. Thirdly, I think its 3 attempts you report to collection agency as well as credit bureau.
